Defects Replaced Free

Records with a true manufacturing defect are replaced free of charge. A true manufacturing defect is a skip, a pop, a severe warp that stops the record from playing, or obvious physical damage caused in manufacturing.

Replacement Comes First

If we cannot replace the affected records within a reasonable time, we will refund the price of the affected records.

We Verify First

We check every report, usually against the sample we keep from every job. Photos and video of the defect help us move faster.
